Rollin Street Flats offers spacious apartments with incredible city views, floor-to-ceiling windows, and abundant natural light. The units feature distinctive hardwood floors, ultra-luxury European cabinetry, soft-close cabinets, and concrete walls for quiet living. Amenities include a full suite of recently upgraded features, a great gym and basketball court, AC, and pet areas around the building. The location is great, situated in South Lake Union near Whole Foods and many great eats. The management and staff are responsive, helpful, and very nice. Maintenance does an awesome job, and the building uses a secure package system called Luxer One. While rent prices are on the higher end and can fluctuate, they are generally fair for the area. Residents should note that base rent is separate from utilities, and there is an upfront cleaning fee. Some noise from alley garbage trucks may occur, and street parking for guests can be a pain, though spaces are usually available. Overall, it is considered a great place to lease, providing an amazing living experience in the center of it all.
We moved here from Juxt nearby. While Juxt was ok - Rollin is definitely better. Build quality is very high - I prefer cement over other wood buildings.

Living at Rollin Street Flats is amazing! Spacious apartments, lots of pet areas around the building, and AC for those hot summer days. Would highly recommend this apartment.

We loved living at RSF! Great location and views. The management was always responsive to anything I needed. We will miss living here!
