Shelly Hogenson the General Manager is the most helpful ever! I cant thank her enough going the extra mile for my request. She's my savior and was very responsive until she resolved my concern. This is my 3rd stay at Moxy Seattle Downtown and service is just superb!

Very friendly staff and great lobby for hanging out. Walking distance to the lake and MOHAI. They also have a pretty good size gym.
