Safeway Liquor is a fantastic little store located right on The Ave, offering a wide range of products at great prices. The store is brightly lit, clean, and well-stocked, with a dedicated deli area and basic florals. Customers praise the convenient parking garage, though it can be a bit tight. The recent renovations have transformed this Safeway into an impressive and much-needed full grocery store in the University District. While the layout may be slightly inconvenient, the store has everything customers need and is easy to navigate. Customers are excited to see this Safeway store flourish and plan to return regularly.

Fantastic little store right on The Ave with EVERYTHING , and has great prices. We love the snacks and the beauty products, my husband loves the grab n go section (across the ave). Sooo much better than going all the way to Safeway and much better items as well.
