“Walked in looking for a bottle for a friend from France's anniversary. I gave the clerk my price range, a general taste guideline of my friend and told her I ideally wanted a wine from Bordeaux (where friend was from). She instantly showed me a bottle that meet these requirements and gave me the backstory of the vineyard in Picot (an even more famous town for wine in a province famous for wine). They also had boxes so I was able to stick a bow on it and give it to my friend. She LOVED it! And while the clerk couldn't have known - my friend asked me how I knew she grew up a few miles from the vineyard and it brought up some fun memories. She was ecstatic and she said it was a delicious wine and it made her anniversary celebrations even better!

“Approachable wines, affable merchant! This wine shop in the Columbia City are carries a wonderful variety of affordable and fun wines, with some very nice bottles for special occasions as well. This visit we picked up several new wines to try, some we chose and at least one we bought on a recommendation from the merchant. All very good, and none broke the bank.
What to know: street parking nearby or there is a pay by the hour lot just up the street. Visit the neighborhood for lunch and afterward pop in for some wines to help you celebrate the rest of the week. Wonderful!”
“Beautifully curated art and more, unexpectedly on the second floor of the mall. I found two prints I couldn’t live without. Really take your time and peruse the prints because there are some serious gems! If I lived closer, I’d come here regularly. The staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“Luv the interior and how they’ve curated that I-D-G-A-F vibe! (Psst-ask your grandkids to translate if you don’t know what that means!) As a lifelong alcoholic since my milk drinking days, it is so refreshing to be submerged into a comforting den of bottles and corks. The winetenders really know their stuff, and can always recommend me a bottle whether I’m looking to unwind to carpet cleaning videos, or go buck wild at the local pig roast.

“This is a cute little store with a good amount of unique finds. From meats and cheeses to soaps to crackers and snacks and wine. Unfortunately we didn’t feel welcomed by the staff either time we stopped in, just not overly friendly or welcoming. Both times the staff member looked at us walking in and said nothing.”
“Full Pull ships during weather appropriate windows! They monitor the whole country! I haven’t bought wine off the shelf anywhere in years unless I’m on vacation somewhere. FP keeps me stocked and I get a little bit smarter every time I read one of their emails.”

You get a discount on bottles that don't have a red mark on the price label when you join the club, along with some other benefits. Like that they are close to home and open often.”
“Oh my gosh! Last night they had their annual Champagne Showcase. Tickets were $25. They had 49 different champagnes to sample, and they were all ice cold! Not to mention that they have very knowledgeable and helpful staff for a normal visit and just about anything you could possibly want to drink at their location. I believe they will do special orders if they don't have what you're looking for.”
“Lucky to have a place like Madrona Wine Merchants in the neighborhood. They go find all the incredible European wines so you don’t have to. Join the monthly wine club and let them do the selection for you ?”

“This store is fairly new..... The staff was SUPER HELPFUL! I was stuck in traffic from Everett for hours and had to use the restroom DESPERATELY! Since our world is now in post Co-vid times, it has been difficult to find a public restroom anywhere. But the staff here was very accommodating and polite. “Yes I came to you on the spot smoke shop today and I've been here other times as well and again it was the best 5-star service ever and they have the best service and the best they are treat you the best and they're fast and easy to deal with and they have all the best products in town out of all the other smoke shops and I highly recommend them they are the absolute best of known them since they've been opened and it just gets better every time you come and that I came and all my friends say the same.”
