This place used to be excellent with helpful staff and good quality units. Now they have rude staff and are cutting all services. No rest room access on site and no lighting in the units.

I love Seattle Vault. The manager is warm and friendly he helps the client's to feel as ease when they walk in the dark. Attitude is everything. You can't teach this. Some have it other's not so much. I love it at Seattle Vault 100% :)
