Seattle Vault Self Storage offers a wide range of amenities and supplies to assist customers with their moving and storage needs. The facility provides 24-hour camera recording for added security, and temperature-sensitive items can be stored in the heated building or the cool basement units, which are ideal for wine or other temperature-sensitive items. As an official U-Haul dealer, the storage facility offers truck and van rentals, and the online bill pay option makes payments quick and easy. Customers praise the exceptional management and staff, particularly Roger, who is described as professional, customer service-friendly, and great to work with. The storage units are reported to be clean, well-maintained, and reasonably priced, offering good value compared to other storage facilities in the area. While the facility does have earlier closing hours, typically around 6 pm, it is still highly recommended by customers with a 5-star rating.
