10750 Aurora Ave N, Seattle WA 98133
“The crew was on time, worked quickly, and got the job done as expected. The estimate and actual cost were aligned well. I only have two issues to point out- packers could have done a better job of marking what was in a box they packed. Many boxes just had the room name and nothing else so when we needed to look for something there weren't any clues. The other issues is that heavy tall boxes were stacked high and difficult to unpack; as two seniors, without a step ladder since both were packed, it was hard to get into the top box and hard to move it off the other box. If I had known where they packed the step ladders (issue 1) then this second issue would have been mitigated.”

“I've rented multiple storage units over the years from all the big name corporate storage companies. West Coast Self storage is miles ahead of the rest. Firstly and most importantly the hours you can accsss your unit actually accommodate working people. Every other unit i have had is accessible 9am-5/6p, and even 2 were closed Sundays. I work 6 days a weel mon-sat 8am-6pm. so literally would have to take a vacation day to go put a couple things in my storage. West coast (at least Columbia city location) 6am - 10 pm 7 days. I have plenty of time to stop by before work if needed and plenty of time after. Hours are the only are where storage facilities can really set themselves apart from competition and WCSS does that. Allowing working people to access their units on their time and oh yeah they don't charge extra for after hour access. The cherry on top? at lest this location is the staff TOP NOTCH. Super friendly. sign for packages for me and call to tell me they came in. I could go on and on 10* /5”

“Sean from Glendale, California answered phone quickly, answered all my questions, responding to my preferences. Very patient and professional. A 5 for Sean. A Question on the form was unclear and the computer would not accept the application. He checked with colleague, tried a few more times then sent me to a reservation team. The person on the reservation team believed I needed to purchase insurance. That made no sense to me. Sounded as if the person were reading some statement, not willing to listen to me. I decided to deal with another company. As I was leaving to go directly to that different company , Garrett from a near by Public Storage facility called. I then went there and signed up. I was impressed, again by Garrett's professionalism. I signed and left feeling secure. Garrett, like Sean, deserves, in my mind, a solid 5. The person from the reservations team not so much.”

“Mrs Thompson was beyond helpful and accommodating. she helped me get into a bigger unit when the one had reserved turned out to be to small. I would recommend storage quest on west marginal way to any of my family and friends that had any type of storage need. the only issue I have is the fact that I don't have more stars to be able to give. 5 just isn't enough. thank you again and please use this location for all your storage needs”
