“The crew was on time, worked quickly, and got the job done as expected. The estimate and actual cost were aligned well.
I only have two issues to point out- packers could have done a better job of marking what was in a box they packed. Many boxes just had the room name and nothing else so when we needed to look for something there weren't any clues. The other issues is that heavy tall boxes were stacked high and difficult to unpack; as two seniors, without a step ladder since both were packed, it was hard to get into the top box and hard to move it off the other box. If I had known where they packed the step ladders (issue 1) then this second issue would have been mitigated.”

“This is the cleanest storage place I have ever seen and very conveniently located, sandwiched between Fred Hutch Cancer Center and very scenic Lake Union. It is only minutes from the University of Washington campus. If they offered apartments, I would stay here! Over the phone sign up was quick. Staff was super friendly. The only issue is they need more carts. The ones they offer are kind of small and cheap.”

“Booked a parking spot same day and Bradley was super helpful, efficient, and kind about helping ease any of my concerns about my vehicles safety. He also helped me pre-pay so I don’t even have to worry about that while I’m away. Highly recommend this spot and Bradley if you’re looking for storage! “Pretty straightforward. The only downside is they make you pay for their insurance which isn’t included in the cost on the website until the very end. One of the managers there, Tony, was really cool though and explained all the costs to us and was all around super helpful!”

“A wonderful place to store your belongings.
This Public Storage has absolutely riveting staff, whose friendliness is more than refreshing, and who are always ready to help you with whatever you need. The primary worker, Regina, is especially pleasant, and went over and beyond to assist us with any issues we possessed.
Although some facilities were dirty (by that, I mean, “not spotless”), it was generally clean, and all spaces were more than functional. It should be noted that there doesn’t seem to be a lot of staff for the massive facility, so I would say it is completely excusable and understandable.
The security is fantastic, too. There are locks for the main entrances, alongside locks for elevators, and the door leading to them. (However, don’t worry about tediousness. The code you’re given is incredibly easy to memorize, and with the app, you can remotely open the doors.) Adding on to the facilities, there are a plentiful amount of sprinklers, and everything is air conditioned. So don’t worry about your items or furniture.
Overall, I would highly recommend this place for storage, not only for the protections it offers, but for the accessibility and fantastic service.”

“I initially went with this place because it was the closest and the cheapest option. Almost half the price if not less than the surrounding options. And with that level of convenience i was expecting to get what I paid for in terms of service and professionalism. But i was pleasantly surprised to be met with the most down to earth and professional manager/staff I could’ve asked for.
The low price is mostly reflected on the build of the units, you can tell the place was built purely on function and not necessarily prioritizing aesthetics, with mostly wooden frames for the units and etc. Which is something i personally don’t mind since there’s a gate code to access the building in addition to the locks for each unit.
Overall I feel lucky to have found a company that gives value and seems run by people who care.”

“I've rented multiple storage units over the years from all the big name corporate storage companies. West Coast Self storage is miles ahead of the rest. Firstly and most importantly the hours you can accsss your unit actually accommodate working people. Every other unit i have had is accessible 9am-5/6p, and even 2 were closed Sundays. I work 6 days a weel mon-sat 8am-6pm. so literally would have to take a vacation day to go put a couple things in my storage. West coast (at least Columbia city location) 6am - 10 pm 7 days. I have plenty of time to stop by before work if needed and plenty of time after. Hours are the only are where storage facilities can really set themselves apart from competition and WCSS does that. Allowing working people to access their units on their time and oh yeah they don't charge extra for after hour access. The cherry on top? at lest this location is the staff TOP NOTCH. Super friendly. sign for packages for me and call to tell me they came in. I could go on and on 10* /5”
