“Adams Moving made what is normally a stressful process feel surprisingly easy. We had packers one day and movers the next. Two different teams, both absolutely outstanding. Every person we interacted with was personable, professional, and incredibly hard-working. Not once did I see anyone standing around; they were efficient, focused, and clearly took pride in their work.
Anthony and his team were possibly my favorite. They kept things light with great banter and humor, which made the day genuinely enjoyable. Andrew and his team were equally impressive, handling every box and piece of furniture with such care and attention. Both crews treated our home and belongings as if they were their own.
It’s rare to find teams who are this thoughtful, diligent, and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely use Adams Moving again. Highly recommend!”
“This is a good facility and with a great staff. The location is convenient and the garage is large and easy to use with moving trucks. The manager, Pascale, is a very friendly and helpful person. They assisted us several times over our stay and made move-out very easy.”

“This is the cleanest storage place I have ever seen and very conveniently located, sandwiched between Fred Hutch Cancer Center and very scenic Lake Union. It is only minutes from the University of Washington campus. If they offered apartments, I would stay here! Over the phone sign up was quick. Staff was super friendly. The only issue is they need more carts. The ones they offer are kind of small and cheap.”
“Booked a parking spot same day and Bradley was super helpful, efficient, and kind about helping ease any of my concerns about my vehicles safety. He also helped me pre-pay so I don’t even have to worry about that while I’m away. Highly recommend this spot and Bradley if you’re looking for storage! Space is clean, safe, and there was no confusion or hidden charges. Very straightforward. Appreciate all the help and the kindness, Bradley!”

“Pretty straightforward. The only downside is they make you pay for their insurance which isn’t included in the cost on the website until the very end. One of the managers there, Tony, was really cool though and explained all the costs to us and was all around super helpful!”

Nicolas was extremely helpful and kind! Big thanks to him, Amy, Greg, and the rest of the team for making it a great, low-stress experience to store my things!
The parking lot, halls, and storage units are very clean. It looks like they must clean the halls pretty frequently. The indoor parking lot for loading and unloading feels very secure with a code to get into the building as well as the elevator. There are well-maintained carts for bringing things to and from the storage units. The elevators operate smoothly and quickly.

“A wonderful place to store your belongings.
This Public Storage has absolutely riveting staff, whose friendliness is more than refreshing, and who are always ready to help you with whatever you need. The primary worker, Regina, is especially pleasant, and went over and beyond to assist us with any issues we possessed.
Although some facilities were dirty (by that, I mean, “not spotless”), it was generally clean, and all spaces were more than functional. It should be noted that there doesn’t seem to be a lot of staff for the massive facility, so I would say it is completely excusable and understandable.
The security is fantastic, too. There are locks for the main entrances, alongside locks for elevators, and the door leading to them. (However, don’t worry about tediousness. The code you’re given is incredibly easy to memorize, and with the app, you can remotely open the doors.) Adding on to the facilities, there are a plentiful amount of sprinklers, and everything is air conditioned. So don’t worry about your items or furniture.
Overall, I would highly recommend this place for storage, not only for the protections it offers, but for the accessibility and fantastic service.”

“I've had a storage unit here for the better part of a year and always had great experiences from the very first one to the very last one. It's clean ,easy to navigate, they always have dollies and the classical music playing in the hallways is a nice touch. I had an unexpected event happen this month that devastated me financially and I had to come in to the office today on short notice. I was full of anxiety,wondering how I was going to make my payment and worried about whether or not I had late fees after not paying by the 6th this month. I showed up feeling like a total basket case. Chris , in the office, was calm and patient ~ he took the time to explain what the process would be to close up my unit, and answered all of my questions. His kindness and professionalism completely diffused my stress ~ I was able to pay a prorated amount for the month and get everything wrapped up on the same day! If I need storage again, this is the only place I will come to get it, especially after how expedient and kind Chris was in helping me sort my storage situation. It says a lot about the business and about the employees character , when they take the time to cater to a stressed out customer like this gentleman did for me today.
