“This entire team was so helpful, thoughtful, and caring towards me when I took a recently purchased vehicle in to be inspected. Unfortunately it turned out to be a complete junker but if they had not run the in depth diagnostic tests included in their inspection package I never would have known. They took the time to walk me through each major issue with the vehicle (and there were MANY) Fortunately, I was able to use the detailed information from their digital report to arrange to return the car to the seller for some of my money back so there was tremendous value in that. “Our car had several problems that we knew of, but one had been new. We were referred to Rick’s by a friend. They did a full inspection and Mark gave us a detailed description of all the issues and the one that needed to be taken care of immediately, which was the rear brakes and rotors. They also gave us quotes on all the repairs needed in the future.
The work was done on time and at the price quoted. Our car has been running great.
We will definitely be returning to Rick’s in the future to get all our repairs done and maintenance. We highly recommend them.
New: our engine light came on at the end of the day. Rick’s said we could bring the car in the next morning. They found out it was the oxygen sensor that needed to be replaced and the part was available. They got it done in the same day. “Dropped off car early morning without an appointment, and they were able to do an alignment, tire replacement, and brake pad replacement all same day.
Offered me a lot of options, didn't try to upsell me on anything, just discussed tradeoffs clearly. When my brake pads turned out to require dealer-specific versions, they got them from the dealership and didn't charge me for the additional cost (would have been more than the original quote).

“I bought a car from a friend in Seattle, and we determined it needed a new battery before I drive it back to Michigan. I happened to have a 30% off coupon for Pep Boys pop up on my phone when I called for roadside assistance, and this shop had my battery available and good reviews for working with Volkswagens.
I drove over and they were willing to take care of me as long as I understood it could be a while. I had no problem with that since I walked in with no appointment or warning.
There were a couple other quirks with my 20 year old Jetta they alerted me to (which I already knew about and will repair when I get home) and I appreciated them telling me and not being pushy about anything.
The customer service was excellent. The pricing was fair. And my car starts and runs like a dream. They even made sure I had a store near me so I can take advantage of the 36 month warranty if needed. I highly recommend this shop.”

“Used this shop a few times for tire repairs over the years and they are the best option I've come across. Always friendly, fast, and very reasonably priced. This time I had a brand new car so silly me I tried going by the dealership I just spent a huge amount of money at to help me with a tire repair. What was I thinking, I know. They made me wait 2 hours then told me it's not repairable and quoted me $400. I drove over here and they had the tire fixed in less than 15 minutes. I wish dealerships weren't as price gouging and misleading as they are but at least places like this exist to help!”
“A sudden blowout on our 5th wheel left us disabled on I 5 just south of downtown Seattle, two hours into our 5 day vacation. Luckily we were able to pull to where an on ramp merged, so we were not obstructing traffic and we had room to change the tire safely. The problem was the Lugnuts were too tight for my husband to remove. Luckily, he called industrial tire service. It wasn't long before they arrived and had the tire replaced. We were amazed that they only charged $50. Unbelievable. There are not enough stars to award this business, their service quality value promptness our satisfaction we can recommend them so highly please pass the word.”
“I've been here a couple of times - once to help find a leak in a tire (ended up being a bent rim on the inner part of tire) and most recently to remove a security lug nut that I lost the key for. Their prices are very reasonable and I have received immediate service each time I've visited since my issues were able to be resolved on the spot.
To my knowledge they only accept cash and there is no ATM nearby.”

“This place is consistently quick and affordable, and the employees are always kind and communicative. They have taken me in at the last minute for a punctured tire, and today they fixed the crappy oil change job Jiffy Lube did where they didn’t even put the gasket on.. This shop fixed my car so fast and I didn’t even have an appointment. AND they didn’t even charge me for fixing someone else’s mistake. Amazing. Super happy to have found a trustworthy and kind shop; there are so many bad ones, and this place is top notch in every way. Highly recommend!”
