“Incredible experience- this shop has restored my faith in humanity.
Super quick, professional and explained everything so I understood what was going on with my car.
They did not upsell me AT ALL. In fact they did didn’t charge me for the small service I went in for. Thank you!”
“i have visited US from canada recently and my vehicle had engine issue which wasn’t got fixed by mechanics in canada . So , i got to know about this service point and mr. wikey caught issue by just cursory glance then resolve it quickly. He has experience which can’t be gain easly.”
“Despite me giving the wrong size tires when I set the appt, they were still able to get the correct size delivered and installed same day. I was in and out with new tires in about 2 hours. My car rides great & now I'm comfortable knowing my family is safe.
The team was very friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend to family and friends!”
“I showed up at Firestone at exactly 6:59 p.m. right when he was getting ready to close and I asked if he could put air in my tires because I was scared to drive all the way to Federal Way. Leo was the guy who helped me and he made sure I had enough air in my tires and all my lights turned off. He's a very sweet guy thank you so much Leo for making sure I get home safe even when it was time for you to clock off”
“Stopped in to get 4 tires mounted. As soon as I showed up they got my car jacked up and had my wheels off. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Great service and really friendly people. I would recommend coming here to anyone who needs new tires or tires mounted/changed. Great tire shop.”
“Branden is very knowledgeable and patient. Whenever I had questions about tires and rebalancing, he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood. I really appreciated his patience and expertise. Great experience overall!”
“Easy visit overall. Reed seemed kind and knowledgeable. He explained everything in terms I (not a car person) could understand. Would be back, and would ask for Reed again 😊”
