Title Nine offers a great shopping experience. A very helpful sales lady brought everything needed and ordered right colors not in store, with free delivery to my home. She showed me the colors online, and the service had no rush even after closing. The staff on Sunday were amazingly helpful, giving feedback and advise that made the purchase easy. The store has a great selection of items, though some items like OluKai beach sandals are only found online. Accuracy of posted hours can be an issue; a post it note says the store is closed while Google’s listing said otherwise. Customers always enjoy roomy dressing rooms and staff who are patient with a mom and her son.
I went to their annual bra fit fest yesterday and it was amazing! Staff were all incredibly helpful and super friendly! I have such a hard time finding bras that fit and here they have limited sizing too typically. But, for the fit fest they had my size! I enjoy shopping here normally and I especially enjoyed the fit fest!

Always loved Title Nine’s products, but the customer service here is what really stands out. Taz and her team are knowledgeable, friendly, and somehow nail the perfect balance of helpful without hovering. Just a great shopping experience.
