About Urban Animal By Appointment
Urban Animal is a local, independent veterinary care clinic with three convenient locations in Capitol Hill, Downtown Seattle, and White Center. They offer a new model of veterinary care, providing economically priced services with the flexibility of a walk-in/drop-in clinic, without the need for appointments.
The veterinarians and staff at Urban Animal have extensive experience in veterinary medicine and are passionate about providing accurate information regarding pet health, while presenting a range of treatment options to fit various budgets. Customers have praised the compassionate and frank attitude of the staff, who treat pets as if they were their own.
Many customers express their love for Urban Animal, noting that the staff are attentive and great with all animals. One customer mentioned that after moving to the area, they found Urban Animal to be reasonably priced and highly recommended. Another customer appreciated the friendly and helpful staff during their first visit with their cat, finding their concerns addressed effectively.
While one customer pointed out that the appointment-based service can be more expensive than the walk-in option, which was unexpected after three years of being a customer, they still value the overall service provided by Urban Animal. Additionally, several customers suggested improvements to the online experience, wishing for more seamless features in the login portal. Despite these minor suggestions, Urban Animal continues to receive high praise and five-star ratings from its satisfied clientele.

I started coming here when I lived downtown with my one dog and now I moved to Northgate and got another dog and still come here, if that tells you anything. Easy to make appointments online, always a great experience.

Alyne was very helpful getting my girl an International Health Certificate for our trip to overseas. She prepared every single paperwork for us.
