One customer came in crying after visiting three other post offices, but Ann and Val turned a not so good experience into a five star experience. Another reviewer noted that Herman was very friendly, very helpful, and genuinely grateful for his assistance, even though their issue was unresolved. However, the business is a criminally underfunded institution, and they do not pick up the phone. One customer wasted a trip because they could have saved time by filling out a form at their local post office instead. Despite this, the staff is kind and helpful as expected.

Amazing customer service from Val, who helped me track down a package that had been looping in and out of WA for a month. As others have said, such a hard-working team! Visit in person if you need their help and I'm sure you'll receive it.

The person working when I came in was so kind and helpful. They helped me find a package which it had turned out I accidentally sent to the wrong address (a problem of my own creation). I received it the next day. Thank you to both George and my mail carrier! Much appreciated.
