The worker has NO idea how fingerprint machine works. Tried twice and did not work at all. You need a lotion or hand sanitizer to get good prints but this location is not equipped with that. If you have an issue, go to the Westwood location, they know how to do it.

Staff who helped me for my fingerprint was very nice. Thank you!
I read reviews that they do the service only before 3pm and they weren't available sometimes.
So, I called them and check it before leaving home.
