The hotel is praised for its excellent service and friendly, helpful, and informative staff. Guests highlight the super comfortable beds and blankets, with a unique two-blanket setup on the bed. The location is very walkable in the university district, near many restaurants, cafes, and transit including the light rail. Easy underground parking is available. The hotel provides many thoughtful amenities, including dog amenities for pets, a complimentary beer or wine, morning drinks, breakfast snacks, and a purified water station. Rooms are well thought out, featuring a convenient closet, coffee maker, iron, and wall-mounted toiletries. While there is a resort fee covering the amenities, guests report an all-around good experience and would love to stay again. The hotel is described as a great place for a successful and wonderful stay.
Always a great experience, whether a close by staycation, or referring a friend to stay here. The first staypineapple I booked was in Portland. They have all been modern, boutique atmosphere, great locations, and are my number one pick for affordable luxury.

Great intimate, fun hotel! Pleasant staff and Ava at the front desk stands out as one of the friendliest hotel employees I have encountered. She took care of my mistake I made while booking the room and gave great advice about the local area. 10/10 would recommend this hotel.
