Kind of wish they notified you on your wells Fargo app that some atms are unavailable. Tired of having to drive to it to see if it works or not. Just saying guys!! Would wanna add this feature on the app without having to call the branch if it works or not

I have have had an account with WFB for 15 years. I am in a wheelchair and the Manager refused to allow me to use the ladies lavatory and refused to allow me to use the WiFi service so that I could find proper bus service. I tried to exchange paper cash for quarters at Wells Fargo. Google still shows that you don't need an account, so I thought it would be easy. But when I got there, they refused- now only customers can get coins. So I wasted 40 minutes of my day. Sharing this so others don't get misled like I did.
