I had a wonderful experience at this store. I went in to drop off an old modem and ending up switching my cell service over to Comcast / Xfinity saving a huge amount on my monthly bill. Tyler couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Great experience overall!

Waited 2.25 hours in line for in store modem pickup so they could have the chance to upsell me. 2 stars because I left with the modem, but what an unbelievable waste of my time.
