“Specifically this review is in thanks to Zeus, who worked through a very complicated problem with me for over an hour. Other T-Mobile representatives at this store would have told me I needed to wait 72 business hours and come back if I still had problems. Zeus was persistent and kept working to problem solve and amazed me by not giving up and treating the problem as if it were his own. Thank you so much for excellent customer service!!”
“Katie went above and beyond our expectations. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience and received the best value from T-Mobile.
What made our experience even more special was that Katie speaks perfect Mandarin. Being able to communicate with her in our native language immediately made us feel comfortable and connected. “Byron was very personable, funny and a great salesman. I went in to buy a new phone after damaging my old one and he helped me know my options (explaining I had insurance/coverage on the phone and how to make a claim) and the deals available with my new phone. When it was taking forever for my information to transfer he was flexible in allowing me to leave and return. I got my new phone and everything is solved. Great experience!”
“I came into this T-Mobile store today after having several issues with my phone and service. Most of the T-Mobile team members I worked with were patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and I appreciated the way they treated me.
The exception was Eric. His manner toward me was unpleasant enough that I considered leaving. However, I needed help and knew I couldn’t just walk away. If I had needed to work with Eric the entire time, I would have canceled my T-Mobile service.
I especially want to thank the manager and the team member who spent the most time helping me. I’m sorry I don’t remember his name. They were both kind, patient, and professional.
I’m still giving this store five stars because the other team members treated me well and provided good customer service. Thanks, guys!”

“Had an 11:30 appointment and was meeting with Tech Advisor Thomas within 15 minutes. I informed Thomas I wanted to trade in my Samsung Galaxy S23 5G for a Galaxy S26. The S26 sells for $900, and Thomas offered me $720 trade in on my S23 making my monthly payment $5 for 36 months or $180. I was also able to keep my monthly 3GB shared data plan.
Thomas handled my transaction in a very professional businesslike manner and completed everything including the data transfer in about an hour.
