“Had a pretty poor experience at another T-Mobile store, decided on a whim to try the U Village location. Henry didn’t hesitate to approach me & asked what he could do to help. He assessed my needs & quickly offered a promotion (that wasn’t mentioned at the other location) & quickly (but thoroughly) processed my order. Took no more than 15 min., offered a few options, but appreciated that he didn’t push the upsell. He even suggested a hack: (screenshot my confirmation so I can quickly reference my order#). Hear me out: staff like Henry is the reason my family remains committed customers to T-Mobile! Outside of the (somewhat) parking configuration, we’ll certainly be back (if we can’t figure it out on our T-Life app, of course…)”
“Things have changed for the better with Xfinity--at least at this store in Westwood Village.
Jason and Landon were very helpful for me to get out of the 25Mbs turtle-slow internet, and hook me up with the NOW setup for $30 a month--no hidden fees or taxes. The longer co-ax proved to be the winner, as a 3-foot cord is useless for my set up.
This is a big store with lots of space and very well staffed as of late. I can't speak about what is why like before, because I've only been in the area a few months.
