“About two months ago the driver's side door latch on our 1997 Chevy Blazer broke (ripped out of the door jam). This was probably due to earlier damage caused by a mentally incapacitated deer ramming the door on an earlier excursion. The door would no longer close and we started looking for repair options. Dally's was the only auto repair service in this area that said they could repair it inside of two months. All the others were backed up for at least 4 months and some longer than 6 months.Concerned about supply chain issues, we took the car to Dally's, a service we had used very successfully over the last 20 years. It took exactly as long as Dally's had predicted and they did a perfect job of repairing the latch and realigning the door. We could not be more pleased. “Made a reservation the day before the needed tow. This morning dispatch called to confirm before sending out the truck, but I was getting the car ready for a 9am pickup. I didn’t discover the message until 9:15. My car was almost 2 hours late to the appointment. Why even make an appointment if you won’t send out the truck for the prearranged time?”
