“This review is for the store in Shelton, WA. On July 22 I went into the store with a broken phone. There was only a wait of approximately 5 minutes when a Super Tech, Matt came to my rescue. He set me up with a beautiful new Smart phone, plus a super fine new Tablet. Additionally, he lowered my monthly bill by $15.00 a month! This young man has abilities beyond his tech expertise. He is personable while maintaining professionalism, has exceptional communication skills, and is respectful/patient. Being a 76 year old widow on a tight budget and finding technology more of a challeng every year, Matt made sure my entire time was a positive and rewarding experience. I see this young man becoming future leadership and high ranking management and a total asset for Verizon. Thank you Matt and thank you to James for filling in the blanks. Katie”

“We went to the Shelton T-Mobile tonight to upgrade our plan and get a new phone for my Dad. He had a very old phone and it took literally hours to transfer data from his old phone to the new one. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the gentleman who helped us, but he was so kind and so patient and so understanding and tried so hard to make the process of getting a new phone for my 83 year old father as easy as it could possibly be. He spent hours with us and in the end my dad is happy with his new phone! Thank you so much for helping us!”
