“Seth helped me with my Galaxy s8 active and iPad. I thought my iPad had a bad battery, but Seth figured out that there was just poor contact in the port and fixed it at no cost. He was also honest with me that if the battery was at fault that it was totaled and did not try to sell me on a fix that wasn't worth it. He also was honest with me about how straight forward my galaxy problem was and guided me towards fixing that myself as well as supplying me with some tools for free to fix it. I bought a charger from him and said thank you. Will be going back for future repairs.”

“I stopped into this metro on the west side of Olympia to see about getting an iphone hooked up on my plan. The 2 guys working were super nice and helpful, the one explained what I needed to do and I was in out and on my way in less than 5 minutes. I didn't catch his name, that's how quick it was!. But excellent customer service from these young men. If I didn't live in Kent id definitely always come to this location.”

“Quick and super happy with my purchase! Got an Xbox One Series X for $125 off and it included Diablo IV. Pickup was super easy and would definitely come to this location again. It's in the Capital Mall on the JC Penny's side and since it's usually pretty slow it's the perfect place for buying online and picking up in the store.”

“Well, I didn’t buy a phone as I went here to cancel my mother‘s phone - who recently died. The manager Anthony was so compassionate and kind, showing real concern for my situation. I’ve never had a retail person treat me that way before!! If I didn’t have a contract I’d consider switching. Thank you ATT!”

“Started running into trouble back in 2016, probably a little before that, while in school at Grays Harbor College. Was able to catch some International Assocation of Scientologists where they were staking out my game collection, and also were embarassing me a lot, so I ended up having to change stores and discontinue my rewards (power-up). The good news is that the Nintendo Switch /gamepad was coming out, didn't have a problem being stuck on some older systems, so it ended up being a bunch of security gaurds and MetalJesusRocks that might have suspected another round. I'm definately buying in bulk online (highly recommended). In general, other than a few 3-4 quick pickups, even not lightweight pickups, like headphones, Switch- gamepad, XBOX, that would be about it for a store pickup.”

“7/2023 Great store- but like many stores nowadays- they need actual cashiers. Usually there is only two cashiers and about a dozen empty registers. The line for self-checkout is often the length of half the store. I have walked out without my purchases twice. I have done the "order online for pick-up" probably fifteen times in the last few years. It is handy and I've only had a minor issue once. However if everyone does that then they need employee shoppers and not cashiers. But- if the line wasn't so long normally I wouldn't use the online ordering. I appreciate this store and only wish they had more cashiers during peak times (which they can figure out). Thanks!”
