From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and focused on making sure I got exactly what I needed. She helped me get my new phone set up smoothly and efficiently, all while juggling multiple tasks like a true professional. Her ability to multitask while still making each customer feel important is seriously impressive.
What really stood out was how calm and professional she remained during a difficult moment. While she was helping me, a rude jerk came in and started yelling at her about parking in “his” spot. Despite the situation, Natasha kept her composure the entire time. She handled it with patience and professionalism, never letting it affect the quality of service she was giving me. That level of self-control and dedication to customers says a lot about her character.
Even while dealing with that interruption, she continued setting up my phone and made sure everything was perfect before I left. She explained things clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy and stress-free.
Honestly, the best thing that could have ever happened to that store is having Natasha working there. She’s amazing, awesome, incredibly skilled at what she does, and clearly cares about the people she helps. If every store had someone like her, customer service everywhere would be on a completely different level. I can’t recommend her highly enough.”
