“I had an absolutely fantastic experience thanks to Natasha, who is without a doubt the best salesperson known to mankind. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and focused on making sure I got exactly what I needed. She helped me get my new phone set up smoothly and efficiently, all while juggling multiple tasks like a true professional. Her ability to multitask while still making each customer feel important is seriously impressive.
What really stood out was how calm and professional she remained during a difficult moment. While she was helping me, a rude jerk came in and started yelling at her about parking in “his” spot. Despite the situation, Natasha kept her composure the entire time. She handled it with patience and professionalism, never letting it affect the quality of service she was giving me. That level of self-control and dedication to customers says a lot about her character.
Even while dealing with that interruption, she continued setting up my phone and made sure everything was perfect before I left. She explained things clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy and stress-free.
Honestly, the best thing that could have ever happened to that store is having Natasha working there. She’s amazing, awesome, incredibly skilled at what she does, and clearly cares about the people she helps. If every store had someone like her, customer service everywhere would be on a completely different level. I can’t recommend her highly enough.”
“I went to the Cooper Point location and purchased a external hard drive for my Ps5, however, I didn't know that you weren't able to play Ps5 games directly from the external hard drive. What I had needed from the jump was an internal SSD expansion, I didn't realize this until i plugged in the external drive and tried to use it. Shame on me for not doing my research before I made my purchase. After being confronted with less than satisfactory customer service from a different Game Stop store, I decided to get a second opinion from the Black Lake location within the Mall.
When I arrived, Matthew was actually on the phone with the Game Stop store that I just came from and they were discussing my interaction with the previous store, so Matthew already knew my situation.
As someone that works in the customer service industry, I must say that Matthew handled the situation spectacularly. He went far above what I expected of him doing and simply gave me a total refund so that I could put it towards the purchase of the SSD I needed. He apologized for the staff at the other location (really wasn't a bad experience there, just an uncomfortable interaction).

this corporate Verizon store made a clear difference in how my situation was handled.
I am a new Verizon customer switching from Xfinity, and I purchased my phone online on Monday the 22nd. After being dismissed and redirected elsewhere by the two locations mentioned above, I came to this corporate store seeking real help. Within less than five minutes, the staff took out their tablets, accessed my account, listened carefully, and made a genuine effort to help.
They clearly explained what was happening with my port-in, confirmed that my device can be exchanged, and set proper expectations. I was informed that once my number fully transfers to Verizon, I can return on the 26th to complete the device exchange from the iPhone 17 to the iPhone 17 Pro Max. They also placed me on a waitlist and made sure I understood every step of the process.
What stood out the most is that they cared. I felt listened to, respected, and supported — something I unfortunately did not experience at the other two locations. This visit made it very clear that Verizon as a company is not the issue, but rather how customer service is handled in certain authorized retailer stores.
I am giving this location 4 stars because while this team did everything right, the inconsistency in customer service across different Verizon locations should be addressed. The employees chosen to represent the brand are the face of Verizon, and in some stores, they simply do not meet that standard.
That said, I will absolutely return to this corporate location and strongly recommend that new customers — especially those switching from another carrier — come directly to this store for professional, reliable assistance.”
