“I recently opened a line of credit with WSECU to help rebuild my credit. A couple days after receiving my brand new credit card, I was pick pocketed at an event in Seattle and all my cards were stolen. I cancelled the card immediately but there were already 6 transactions on the card. It was a holiday weekend but the day I could reach the main line, the woman who helped me was so wonderful. I wish I could remember her name. If it helps, this was on Tuesday evening 5/30/23 at about 5pm. She was so kind to me, she listened to what happened intently, she went through all the fraud reports with patience and compassion, and she cared about my situation. When she told me the new card would be there in 10-14 days, I asked if there's any way to get it sooner (I offered to pay the expense) she then put me on hold to call her manager and got permission have my card expedited to arrive in 2 business days AND waived the fee for that. My card arrived in 2 days as expected with the balance reset. Wonderful customer service.”
“I found the Harley I had been looking for, Being a 2010, most credit unions would not financial it, The ones that would wanted 13% interest even though I have good credit. Alaska federal not only financed it, but did so for 4.75% I cant really say enough good about Aladka federal, Strongly recommend them for your financing needs!”

I decided to go to Sound Credit Union hoping to get a personal loan with a 7.5% interest rate. I left with all the needed amount in my new account with only 2.44% ??The nice lady (Unfortunately I didn't get her name) worked with me on the loan and then she told me about an option that I have never thought about it. “I needed to withdraw cash to pay a contractor that exceeded the ATM limit. The teller who helped me was very friendly and efficient but also diligent in making sure this was not an attempt at fraud (which is greatly appreciated!). He personally made sure I safely withdrew cash and even offered to have someone walk me to my car if I felt unsafe. Great customer service!”
