“I recently opened a line of credit with WSECU to help rebuild my credit. A couple days after receiving my brand new credit card, I was pick pocketed at an event in Seattle and all my cards were stolen. I cancelled the card immediately but there were already 6 transactions on the card. It was a holiday weekend but the day I could reach the main line, the woman who helped me was so wonderful. I wish I could remember her name. If it helps, this was on Tuesday evening 5/30/23 at about 5pm. She was so kind to me, she listened to what happened intently, she went through all the fraud reports with patience and compassion, and she cared about my situation. When she told me the new card would be there in 10-14 days, I asked if there's any way to get it sooner (I offered to pay the expense) she then put me on hold to call her manager and got permission have my card expedited to arrive in 2 business days AND waived the fee for that. My card arrived in 2 days as expected with the balance reset. Wonderful customer service.”
“I went in to this location recently to set up a business checking account and had the pleasure of working with Devin S. He was so helpful and patient with me during the process. I was there for over an hour setting it up and he never made me feel rushed. He was super friendly and pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!”
“This becu is not the most convenient with location but every time the people here are friendly and always help out. I'm writing this review to bring attention to my latest visit yesterday. When I entered, I was greeted promptly by Laura. I went in for a notary service and got my document notarized. Upon having that completed, I was asked if there was anything else I needed, which I replied, "no." Before I could get up I was asked if I was working on paying down my credit card? I was caught off guard with the question as I went in for a notary service, not finances. I responded that I am and she followed by mentioning the possibility of getting a personal loan to pay down my "high" balance quicker. While I appreciate that maybe she wanted to help, I did not come in for that. Last time I came in for a notary, I got the service and left. I understand needing to identify me but I came in for a notary, not sure why my financials are being looked into. Is it now policy to inquire about a service a customer has not mentioned?”
“The employees at this bank have gone above and beyond to help with my banking needs, both business and personal. I have been with Verity for over 20 years, have 5 accounts there and my house mortgage. The manager and tellers know my name and even my kids names! They build community by hosting local music events and art shows.”
“I have been trying to get a loan from other bank for 3 weeks knowing that I was already approved and I am glad that I didn't get it. I decided to go to Sound Credit Union hoping to get a personal loan with a 7.5% interest rate. I left with all the needed amount in my new account with only 2.44% ??The nice lady (Unfortunately I didn't get her name) worked with me on the loan and then she told me about an option that I have never thought about it. But the the end I left the bank happy and having a great dealLoved this bank, loved everyone thereThanks again and definitely will consider my coming loans with you!!”
“I found the Harley I had been looking for, Being a 2010, most credit unions would not financial it, The ones that would wanted 13% interest even though I have good credit. Alaska federal not only financed it, but did so for 4.75% I cant really say enough good about Aladka federal, Strongly recommend them for your financing needs!”
“Very convenient. My checking account is at Idaho Central credit Union in Boise, Idaho but I'm able to use the BECU ATM to do my banking so I can keep my account in Idaho. I do like that”
“I’ve been banking with Salal and this particular group of reps since their old location near Kaiser Permanente on E John St. The service is always spectacular—every rep is friendly, helpful, and get me in and out quick, even when I have shared branch business! I’m planning on making them my primary CU in the near future. Highly recommend!”

“Buying a Toyota Tacoma for a good deal is NOT easy. The work to fight the rest of the market and buy it is aggressive as all hell, before even considering how the market has inflated their value to the point that banks just don't want to finance them. Getting a Tacoma financed for a good price is a feat.But after 3 years of searching for the right Tacoma with the right year, miles, and specs, Sebastian was able to jump through all the hoops necessary to get us our car. This man is the epitome of customer service, generosity, and work ethic, and whatever they're paying him, it's not enough. We would not be able to get our truck and make memories as a family like we are currently with our now frequent adventures in our adventure vehicle. Sebastian is the one we will thank when we're roasting marshmallows and bratwursts over the fire, and camping out with scenic views with our friends and family. The work he has done to get our loan approved will not be forgotten, and his efforts are solely responsible for the memories to come.
