“Dr Pourcho is amazing, he saved me from potential surgery and helped me to get rid of my knee pain in just one procedure, his findings of my knee problem was different from what I have been told(plica syndrome) by many other orthopedic providers, turns out he was absolutely right!! He and his staff was so nice to accommodate me on urgent basis in the midst of my recovery period when I asked for it. Unfortunately most insurance till date do not cover the cost but I'm so very thankful to Dr. Pourcho to make regenerative medicine affordable at out of pocket cost. In costrast to other regen med providers I consulted with, his goals were to treat me from my pains as a whole not to charge me based on how many areas in my body I have had pain with. I hope to continue and work with him on my other problem area and resolve them very soon”

“It didn't surprise me in the least when I noticed that my favorite primary care doctor of all time had straight 5-star reviews. Dr Cahn has treated my entire family for several years now and he's incredible. He's handled everything from my kid's ADHD to the malaria pills and odd vaccines I needed for an international dream trip... and he genuinely cares about everyone he sees. I have no doubt been a difficult patient at times, but you'd never know it from the way he talks to me. I would gladly recommend him to everyone except that he's told us that he's soon to be retiring. It's well deserved without question, and I wish Dr. Cahn all joy in his retirement... but oh, we will miss him very much.”
“I guess everyone does truly have a different experience because the other reviews on this place aren't good but I've never had anything but a great experience here. If you go into ANY appointment, especially a doctor appt, thinking you will be taken back right on time, then you are setting yourself up for disappointment lol. I'm sure it helps that I've worked at numerous doctors offices, so I know the drill, but I never expect to be taken back right on time because I understand things happen, patients have questions, appointments run long. I've never been taken back more than maybe 15 minutes late here though and that really is not that bad at all. My PCP is Dr. Sara Nelson, and she has never been anything but wonderful. She listens to my concerns, is never pushy or anything like that, and never makes me feel uncomfortable. When I talk to her, I kind of feel like I'm talking to one of my moms friends and I honestly love that.”

“I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews, the only issues I've encountered was with one rude receptionist. I've had to go here A LOT for all my chronic health issues. The walk in clinic has pretty standard wait times depending on # of people waiting. Every single medical staff has been nothing but attentive, friendly, supportive, takes concerns seriously, and goes the extra mile. They actually read and review your file. They address concerns they notice completely unrelated to my primary concern. My PCP Anna Hancock has been the best provider I've ever had and carefully addresses both my physical and mental health. The VM app makes everything so easy when it comes to reaching out to staff, making appointments, reviewing care summaries/instructions, and paying bills. They are also partnered with the best, resourceful mental health services!”
“Bonus Stars for Dr Milliman & Dr Bakker! Where do I begin as so many key reasons we are so fortunate to have them. 1. Dr Milliman understands labs and bloodwork better than any MD or ND I have ever seen. He understand the BUN/Creatine ratio for protein in a way that many are only beginning to look at today. 2. Instead of just focusing on one number on the labs (say low iron), he and Dr Bakker look at the trifecta of various indicators to identify what is the cause and thus best treatment. Too many providers, even some NDs, just look at one item, and ironically as more holistic providers, they should be looking at the whole puzzle piece. I see a few doctors and will consistently go to them first on my labs (both ordering and review). Even in reading a low star review that has more to do with the IT issues and Covid technology changes, the reviewer points out that Dr Milliman touches on things in her lab that were ignored for a long time. To me, this level of care & attention are the critical factors; Dr Milliman synthesizes seeing way more than most....thanks to his talent, experience and skills. 3. Also they know what to order on labs as many other docs may skip a few markers. 4. Best Value in Healthcare. They are reasonable even if out of pocket. 5. Did you know Dr Milliman was head of the ND association in the USA for years?! He also has been on state wide boards involving insurance, codes and more. He has been instrumental in getting NDs covered by insurance in WA, while unfortunately in most other states, ND Coverage is entirely out of pocket and $$$$. He not only cares about his patients but the greater community. You are lucky if you can get in, as at times, there are no new client openings but as people move, age out of this life etc, they sometimes have new client openings. Also, he has been instrumental in curating the direction at Bastyr, a preeminent ND University. Why not go to the source if you can?! 6. I have met a number of Dr Milliman's residents (love how he gives back that way) and Dr Bakker is a favorite. 7. Talking to you like you are an equal and smart! Dr Milliman gets into the back story of results when applicable. He helps you better understand your body, biology, chemistry and so you come away with the building blocks to better understand, research & advocate for yourself. 8. We trust our whole family care to Dr Milliman (with Dr Bakker). I appreciate how they work together. I wish i could express more but then this would be way too long. He is a kind, smart, talented, compassionate man who brings a wealth of life long learning to his patients. In Gratitude, H.”

“I was looking for a family doctor because I didn't want to go to a different doctor than my daughter. It's crazy how everyone isn't taking new patients or has a 3 month wait around here. I guess it's just a sign of the growing city. I called Swedish Family Medicine and they could get us in when I wanted and were super nice over the phone. The office staff has been so helpful and the nurse we see is just great. She takes the time to talk to my toddler and make her feel comfortable. Dr Mountjoy has been great answering all my questions. I know it's a rotation for her and I'll miss her but we'll stick with this practice. The whole staff makes the experience great.”

I hadn't met with anyone in a year or two and wasn't expecting much for a new doctor, but he was very professional and understanding and had some great recommendations for my health moving forward. Wait times to schedule an appointment on the phone arent the best, but if you use their mychart system, someone will be in contact with you. Even over chat.”

“I had a great experience here from appointment setup to the actual appointment. My phone call was answered quickly both times I called and I was able to make an appointment within a few weeks. The woman at the front desk who checked me in was pleasant and friendly, very welcoming. The medical assistant was also super friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Greaney was great, understood my needs and helped me with what I wanted. This was my first visit with her and I will keep her as my primary care physician.”
