“As a holistic nutrition practitioner, US BioTek is one of my go-to labs for functional testing. Their panels are comprehensive, the reports are clear and actionable, and the insights help me support my clients at the root-cause level. Their team is also incredibly helpful and responsive (Hey Marcus!). I’ve had a great experience working with them and highly recommend their testing for practitioners who want deeper clinical insight.”

“I was stunned at the level of care and thought that this clinic displayed. Some of their services are free, the others come at a very reasonable price, and the staff are very friendly. In addition, if you are pregnant or know someone who is pregnant this is a good place to go for free or inexpensive care at the beginning of pregnancy. They are also able to connect people to a myriad of resources.”

“I recently visited this Quest Diagnostics location next to the pharmacy section in Safeway, and I had an excellent experience. My appointment was scheduled for 8:10 AM, and I was attended to right after completing the check-in process, which was very efficient.

Maya, provided exceptional care. She explained every step of the blood draw process, which made me feel completely secure. She was very attentive in her communication and took extra care to ensure that I was comfortable in case I experienced any fainting symptoms. She was very kind.

I highly recommend checking the posted opening hours and timing on the notice outside the Quest entrance at this location before visiting.”

“This clinic is warm and welcoming, and never gives the feeling they’re judging you or why you have chosen to come. Intake can be a while your first time, so allot 30 minutes extra.
They need your ID at registration, but otherwise you’re anonymous. They have free contraception available, and lollipops. Truly free and top tier resource. (P.S, even though it is free, I like to shop at Out of the Closet which is a thrift store right underneath. From what i understand, some proceeds benefit AHF directly)”

“Tom and Sara are amazing, they literally did everything they could and kept constant communication with me through our each blood sample, only unfortunate part is my blood just doesn’t carry enough fetal DNA to pull from. (It’s very rare) But other than my own body not cooperating with what they needed. Their customer service is on top?”

“We added DNA molecular testing to our services and the patient's are more engaged in their own health outcome. Thank you 100% to Fida and their education and valuable help!”

“STELLAR service, communication and turn-around times! I have been a client of NVL Labs since 2010 and have always been impressed with the testing & handling of my samples. I have had issues with other labs in the past but the staff at NVL has always been efficient in delivering my results, and helpful in answering all of my questions (the front desk staff is very knowledgable and polite). I highly recommend them for asbestos and lead testing if you want fast service and quality results!”

“Great service & was taking patients until 5:30 on the Wednesday I went. They were out of Coban self adhering wrap, which I typically need for my allergy to the white tape's adhesive, but they did have latex free Curad (or maybe Nexcare? They both make hypoallergenic bandaids that I buy myself), which worked just as well post draw.Only other thing I would bring up is the women's bathroom nearest the lab has a only one non-handicapped stall & it is extremely compact as far as the length. So much so it's hard to move around with the door closed unless the occupant is a child. I'm 5'8", with a long waist, & I was worried about getting stuck in there. Due to ADHD perhaps, I couldn't properly tell how compressed the stall was before getting in, but in case others might be chosing to risk the non-handicapped stall,to leave it open for those that need it or due to it being occupied, you might want to avoid using the little stall.”

“I’m giving 4 stars to Jonah today he was the only one on staff in a room full of folks (WHY?!) yet very calm, supportive and patient during my blood draw. Making an appt is the way to go (a month out for me) at this location if you don’t want to wait hours esp this time of year.”

“I ordered a blood test panel online, paid out of pocket online. Arrived in the next morning, and left 15 minutes later, very fast, convenient and professional. Received the results by email the next day, perfect”

“I have had 4 covid tests spanning 2021 to 2023 at the Renton drive up facility. It has never taken more than 24 hours to receive the results. This is a fantastic service to the community.”

“I've have nothing but good experiences here. I love Dr burns. there has been some changes with staffing but it seems to be working out now. sometimes change is hard to get through. doesn't change the fact that the providers are still great and care about helping you.”

“I absolutely hate having my blood drawn, and unfortunately saw all the negative reviews while looking at google maps to find my way there well after having made the appointment. So needless to say, I was anxious about this appointment. It could not have gone better! The check in was simple withe a little kiosk, not too much later my name was called. The woman working was friendly and the draw was painless. These five stars go to Maricruz who was awesome! Thank you!”
