“This morning, I had the pleasure of interacting with two exceptional employees at Sherwin Williams, Karla and Gordon, and I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond to help me out.
Karla was patient and helpful in finding my past projects so that I could get the same products. Gordon jumped in and helped with checking out and both helped load up my car.

“My husband and I love this Sherwin Williams location. Every visit has been great, and consisted of caring interactions with their employees. Our last visit (today) we worked with Anthony, who I believe is a manager of sorts for this location (didn’t ask to confirm). He provided us EXCELLENT customer service. Patient, extremely kind, and did what he needed to do to find our paint needed at another store since they didn’t have it in stock at this location that day, prior to that doing everything he could to try and find a previous order for paint match. We were well taken care of by Anthony! Awesome guy!!!”

I have since visited the store at least 6 times and now have always had 5 star service. I am happy to say that since it is a staple in the UDistrict and my go to hardware store. The current management and staff do an excellent job in a challenging store and location. I commend them on the changes made since I first started visiting, and I am happy to now review them in a positive light!”
“Never go to a big box store again!! Even if all you need is some stuff for a touch up, the reality is that those other places will never get the color match right. Sure, they’ll use their fancy machine, but for whatever reason, something will always be off. I learned this lesson the hard way; after four tries or so at various big box stores, I decided to come seek professional help.Upon entry I immediately realized I was, for the first time, talking to an actual paint professional — someone who will take your chip into the back room, shine a light on it every which way, and use their skills to achieve a color and sheen match so good you won’t be able to tell the difference (and they’ll prove it to you). One stop shopping for a perfect match. Have done it two more times since then, and purchased several gallons of new paint for various projects — all of which have turned out beautifully.Did I mention the paint quality? Working with the good SW stuff simply puts the big box store paint to shame. Fewer coats, faster drying, smoother result — whatever you spend in $$, you get back in time saved and in quality of the result.Never go to a big box store again!!”

“After visiting the other department store and buying 5 sample paints, I was exhausted. Nothing was working. I took my samples to Sherman and Gordon assisted me. He reviewed my samples and listened to what I was wanting. He took out his color swatches and boom, had picked 2 that he suggested and I needed. It was a quick 5 min in and out. Simple. Perfect. “I was having a very hard time finding the "just right" accent color. I could not find it. After buying 4 quarts of paint, it was an enamel so no samples, Michael, the manager helped me. I found the perfect color! He is very knowledgeable and I received excellent customer service. Each person, every time I went in were very helpful. I was greeted everytime and asked if I needed help. The next time I have my house painted I will return to this Sherwin Willams store. I highly recommend it.”
