“Shive was quick, kind, responsive and so professional. FINALLY a company with QUALITY CONTROL! Many companies print and don't tell you if something is off before printing, it feels a lot like they don't care about how a product looks for a company or how their end product looks. Messed up printing looks bad on all of us ! This has happened to me more than once because there are variables with uploaded on different sites. My banner needed a little tweaking and I gladly paid them a tiny fee to adjust to what I wanted. I didn't have to, they just let me know and I could fix it myself or pay them. “I have had to have help making prints on your new machines twice. Today Elijah Bennett assisted me. He was so kind and walked me through both processes I needed to use. He even went back to the desk in the middle of my copying and gave me a credit for one process I screwed up. He was intuitive and helpful. Had he not been there, I would still be there at 6:14 pm this evening trying to copy. He is an asset to your office.”
“Every single time I’ve gone in here, whether it be for passport photos, printing or grabbing packing supplies for a move, I have been treated with kindness and respect. I have always left this location with what I needed and I deeply appreciate the staff for their professionalism and kindness, even when I’ve needed some assistance and am being a little clueless. “Waited in line for 45 mins to get my roomie’s package which the front desk helper declined to give me even though i lived in the same address and I had ID. 1 star for this slow guy
Edit: Went back in the evening. A nice guy was in the shift and helped me get my package. 5 star for this person”
“Got there about 1/2 hour before closing and had to wait in line with only one person working the front desk and someone else doing some packing of boxes in the back. I asked for passport photos and the guy promptly got the camera, took the shot and I paid for both the print and electronic versions stored in a thumbnail drive. Quick, easy, done! It was almost closing time at that point and he still managed to serve two customers behind me and didn't look stressed out at all because of the closing time. Seems dedicated to the role and I'm happy for the professional service done.”
