“just wanna say, I am not a member, but I had to deal with this branch because my uncle had passed away the customer service with the representatives inside the branch are amazing considering today's age customer service kinda gets thrown out the window, but not at this branch, they are truly amazing hospitable, and nice I read some of the reviews and what sad is these guys have nothing to do with the online or the phone so put Marc against this branch is kind of sad because the people inside are great ! Close out my other loans at my other credit unions I'll be open an account with them here”

“Staff is really nice, and it's in a great location. I've been told numerous times though by the staff, and by Navy Federal customer service at their ATMs allow you to withdraw using the tap feature. Since my card is damaged and beyond use I try to use tap to make my payments. And I hate getting a new car because I always miss a couple auto payments that end up bouncing and giving me extra fees. But none of these ATMs allow you to use the tap feature no matter how many times I have been told that they do, I can even see the tap feature on the ATM but none of them are ever activated. Why have a feature if you're not going to let it be used? The bank also doesn't allow you to bring in loose change if you've got a bunch of it. (I had 2 5gl buckets of change). I was told that I need to have it in rolls. I assume they're just going to break open anyways and count it again which seems pointless and the waist of everybody's time, and money cuz then I got to pay for rolls. I refuse to use a coinstar cuz they charge you a ridiculous amount so I guess I'll just continue hoarding my change.”
