“The staff here at the Bremerton WaFd Bank has been very kind, courteous, and really raised the bar with their display of professionalism and in-depth knowledge of their processes and policies. They were incredibly helpful while assisting my wife and I.
I had a bunch of questions that I know would have probably annoyed most, they answered each one with a smile but the more impressive part was how in-depth and thoroughly explained their answers were.
I know this was a bit long winded but this was one of the best banking experiences I have had in the better part of a decade.”
“Staff at the Bremerton office are so friendly and helpful. When my daughter opened her account she even commented how she'd feel comfortable asking them questions unlike the other CU we bank with. High praise from a teenager.My only issue has been that no one could tell me when my intro rate on my Visa card expired. The call center rep told me it had expired 6 months before which clearly wasn't correct. Systems should be more transparent for staff and members.”

“It is nice place, very modern inside. Nice comfy chairs for waiting, not too big, 2 atms outside, and they could do with stepping up parking lot security camera coverage. Staff is very kind and friendly and will let you know if your account isn't optimal.”
“I have been using East Bremerton Branch for many years. When it was in front of Walmart and now I use the one on Wheaton and Sylvan. The tellers are very friendly and I have known many of them for almost 20 years. They are competent and if you have an issue you need to speak with Emily or Marilu and they can help you. This is my most favorite branch of them all. Greeted with a smile and how are you doing everytime I go in.”
