But when I got to the Silverdale Store, DJ redirected me to customer care because it’s still under warranty(!)

“Not real high end but not Ashley. Every piece of furniture is at least a grand. If that's the price range you could do worse. Many options of Stressless chairs. Huge mattress section. My main problem is the sales staff. They're polite and helpful but the approach makes me pretty sure they're commission sales so they're always circling and offering business cards. Doesn't hurt to take a look and they're open late.”

“Went to visit Ally last week. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She asked us what we wanted, directed us to it and we were in and out in 15 minutes with our mattress purchased and delivery scheduled. Delivery was yesterday. The delivery crew was friendly and on time. Long story short I slept 14 hours last night. Very happy with our purchase.”
