Kitsap Physical Therapy and Sports Clinics is a group practice, owned and operated by a majority of its physical therapists. We specialize in orthopedic, work and sports-related injuries. In addition, we have many board-certified specialists offering an array of specialty programs and preventive care services. I am having knee pain possibly due to arthritis and my physical therapist is helping me strengthen the muscles around my knee to take the pressure off the knee. It will take a while, but I can already see it helping.
