“Love taking our son here to swim, we haven’t signed up for lessons but they do offer mommy & me, private, and I think semi-private classes with an instructor which is cool. The pool is a TAD cold for kids under 3 though so if you’re wanting to do lessons just make sure your kid is adequately warm, but since that’s not the primary usage for the pool it makes sense.”

“This place is AWESOME! Most places have you pay to use their gym, but this gym is FREE. Just knock on the door, say you forgot your key card, and some guy will just let you in. I feel so silly for having been paying for all of these years (since they were at Cavalon Place), when I could have waited for a gym rat, knocked on the door, say I forgot my card, and be let in so that I can intimidate people who refused to let me in. Ladies, you will feel 100% safe here because the gentlemen will just let any ol bruh in to flex their muscles with. And the staff is so great because all they will do is shrug their shoulders and do absolutely nothing! What else could I ask for!? Free membership to random strangers! The 100% guarantee of no guarantee for your safety and well being!”

“The last time I reviewed this gym, I was really, really upset over some of the comments/behavior from the gymbros. Well, I want you all to know how much I appreciate you taking the issue seriously. It's been a lot better lately. The vibe is lighter and more fun. I get that it was a rough transition out of the lockdown period. I like that the gym has been doing things to connect with the local community (food drives). It's been clean lately and the machines work. The music is more varied (Seriously, when I returned after lockdowns it was just one playlist, mostly consisting of "Thunder," an Ava Max song, and Drake's "Goosebumps."). Thanks for everything you've done here.”
