“The man who drew my blood today at about 1:20 PM (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name besides the fact that it started with an "R") made my experience so easy and painless. I get very nervous getting blood work done after a few bad experiences in the past, but he was so kind and gentle that I barely noticed what he was doing. He was very accommodating to my nerves and it was easily the best experience I've had having to get this kind of work done.”

The automated check in process was simple and my wait time was only about 20 minutes. The gal who drew blood did a painless and efficient job while also accommodating my children in the office.”

“I’ve been going to this clinic since just before it opened in this location and have really appreciated that the new doctors there for their residencies are well supported by their mentor doctors. It’s a “two for the price of one” idea— you are seen by new doctors who are up to date on the latest medical information and then double checked by seasoned doctors who make sure they aren’t missing anything.

While there have been a couple of resident doctors and a nurse there that I didn’t really like and requested not to be seen by again, all of the other doctors I’ve seen have been exceptional and keep me coming back. I think patients just need to remember that it’s totally fine to request a different doctor if you aren’t meshing well with one.

This clinic is clean, calming, state of the art and is in an easy to reach to location with ample parking. Front desk staff have been respectful, kind and attentive. Appointments are easy to schedule and they can usually find a way to get you in quickly if you really need. Initially labs were not done at this location, but now that they are in the same building it’s incredibly convenient. Lab staff are quick, thorough and make the experience very low stress.

All in all, I recommend this clinic if your insurance accepts it.”

“Debra was absolutely amazing.. she was kind and patient and even worked through her lunch to get everyone in. Very quick and painless poke. I've had major medical issues over the last 5 years, and I have never had a needle poke hurt less! And she got it on the first try..I usually have to be poked 2-3 times!

For whoever runs this location, you NEED more employees. It's unfair to your current employees to be overworked like they are. One person scheduled for a Monday is unacceptable. This is why burnout is so prevalent in the medical field.
