“I truly love Ridgetop AH. We first met 13 years ago when our dear old springer spaniel, Luke, was a puppy. They have been there for six of our family pets now and I have always felt that I can trust that they have my pets best interest as their first priority.

The doctors have always been very good about providing a range of care options that let me make informed choices so I can balance my pets needs and what I can afford financially. An example is when Luke had a large cancerous tumor that needed to be surgically removed. They could have done it at Ridgetop but the doctor recommended taking Luke to a vet surgical specialist because they would have the equipment to ensure a complete excision of the cancer.

I recently had some very positive experiences with Ridgetop. First was a change I requested to the Paw Plan billing date. It could not happen immediately so the front office staff made a note and followed through. I did not have to call and remind them, they took care of it just like they said they would. That was on top of their highly professional and friendly service. The second good encounter was with the care that Vet Tech, Haley, provided for my high energy, anxious Aussie. Haley was so calm with Jade that it really soothed her and allowed them to get some samples we’d been trying to get for a while.

I want to take this opportunity to thank the staff and doctors at Ridgetop for all the years of great care they’ve given our family. They’ve seen us through the joy of new puppies to the sadness of saying goodbye to dearly loved old companions.”

“We are new to Ridgetop Animal Hospital, and I wish we had found them years ago! The front desk staff is very helpful (Jake in particular is so positive and friendly!) They answer their phones live (no "text us first" or "leave a voicemail" first...you actually get a live person), which is a breath of fresh air!! The vets have been knowledgeable, accepting of our many questions, and incredibly responsive when we had post surgery questions (special mention goes to Dr. Fulcher and Dr. Garcia). And the vet techs are wonderful. Overall, we've had a great experience and appreciate all they have done for our little pup. :0)”

“Dr.Blair is wonderful! All three of our doggos see her and she is thorough, kind and takes her time to explain everything. Our dog Smokey is very fearful of people and Dr.Blair has continued with the process that we know works to get Smokey his care, which we are extremely thankful for. Cindy at check in is always so nice and welcoming. The vet technicians Alyssa and Jessica are also amazing! They are so sweet to our boys, and we appreciate their hard work, especially when dealing with difficult dogs like Smokey. Overall, a great team at this office!”

“Dr. Mardell Ryan and team were absolutely wonderful in treating my little Noah. He's had chronic skin issues for the past 6 months and she got us a plan to 'attack it from all angles' and he's now doing great. I also shared I would be moving and she hooked us up with several months of prescriptions so we would be set if there was another flare up. The staff front desk and our tech were all fantastic. 10/10! Thank you VCA Olympic :)”
