“Surprised to see so many bad reviews. From my past experiences with other USPS, this one in Monroe has been my favorite. Every time I go in (late afternoons), there isn’t a crazy long line and the staff are nice and helpful. Even the one time I went in for passport application, the lady who helped me was very nice and efficient.”

When I visited the USPS Lake Stevens office, they provided me with the Carrier Annex phone number. Upon contacting them, the staff promptly assisted me and ensured the mail was delivered the very next day.”

“Shoutout to Roland at the post office—absolute gem of a human. Every time I come in to ship an urn (yes, really), I somehow end up picking up flags too. It's become our little tradition. Roland always greets me with a smile and a quick joke—last time he teased me about shimmying up the flagpole outside to collect my flag. It’s that kind of light-hearted, kind service that makes errands a little brighter. Efficient and just the right amount of sass for a funeral director who deals with so much grief on a daily basis.
