When I visited the USPS Lake Stevens office, they provided me with the Carrier Annex phone number. Upon contacting them, the staff promptly assisted me and ensured the mail was delivered the very next day.”

“The employees here are so friendly and helpful!
I needed to ship something to Hawaii, insure it and get a signature. The employee told me which envelope to use and gave me tips on how to package it to keep it safe.
I appreciate the help they are willing to give since I don’t ship things often.
