Customer service was awful. I was disrespected several times during the rental process. Because of error on Uhauls side, lady behind the counter belittled me, was disrespectful and I will never go back.

There is a very rude lady named Sally who really being customer service was rude and just unhelpful the whole way he yelled at me for wanting my deposit back in cash do not recommend

This is a gas station pickup location and the employees on staff were completely incompetent. Had no clue what to do. one was texting her boyfriend rather than trying to help the already frustrating experience
