“I was very shocked when this was built in our small town. It's not perfect, but very convenient to have another option in the area. Especially for those times when you just need a few little things and don't want to make a trip to a bigger store. Hopefully it will get the attention of others and they will do the same and build something here in the future also. More options like this means more local jobs, which also means more money staying local which this area desperately needs.”

“We pulled into a gas station at in in Soap Lake for a beverage. Being a foodie, I had to go into this deli. Had I not been on a road trip I'd have dropped a big chunk of change. There was an abundance of packaged foods I wanted, cured meats, smoked fish, sausages, and so much more. The pastries looked amazing. The prepared foods smelled crazy good. I was in a line with 5 people ahead of me all speaking Russian. I was okay waiting in line so that I could see more food. I left with a variety of goodies.”
