“This place is always kept clean and in order the owner is a good person that cares about his customers and the community offering a better product for a lower price, has the lowest start cost of any place around, will reimburse you whenever a equipment malfunction happens (we all know equipment that is exposed to the weather. Year-round is not going to be perfect and no matter how much maintenance you do eventually needs to be addressed) which he does with the box on the door. At the shop you can wash, vacuum and clean your mats for the same price it costs for just a mediocre wash on the other side of the street or down the road. I highly recommend”

“Great experience with this local company. I do recommend them. Anthony was very responsive to my calls text and questions. There were a couple tiny bubbles in the ppf as well as some in the window tint I noticed when I picked up my car. Anthony said they would dissipate as the they cured over the next 2 to 3 weeks and if not to bring it back in. In fact I can't see them anymore after the first week. I have already recommended Ocdetail to a friend that will likely be calling about getting his car in soon.Great work thanks much for delivering a quality job the first time. Nice work guys!!!”

“I've been going to Mike on and off for almost 10 years. Mike has detailed my SUV about 4x and has done work on my car over the years. He has fixed paint chips, scratches, fixed my tail lights, replaced my bumper, changed my breaks, and has done a full tune up. He is fair pricing compared to many other mechanic places and I fully trust him with my car. It's not every day you run across honest and highly skilled mechanics. “I went through Brown bear Friday of labor day weekend. And as I exited the car wash I noticed my wiper blade was missing and my wiper arm was bent backwards and had some broken plastic pieces. So I turned around went and talked to an employee, she helped me fill out some paperwork and said my manager will give you a call about this. I figured yeah right its Friday of a holiday weekend.Sure enough Chase the manager called me and said I'm sorry this has happened and if you can get a quote for repairs we can write you a check to get it fixed. So I got a quote took it back and talked to Chase was so nice super helpful and reassured me this happens often in car washes and we will make it right. Thank you Chase at Brown Bear I appreciate your help. I'd highly recommend this car wash to others.”
“First time user of the wave car wash. Attendant was very helpful and explained everything to include each wash. Proceded up to the wash entrance and was guided and instructed by another attendant. Was very pleased. I would advise folding in mirrors if you have a large vehicle. Overall, will use again.”
“Ok wash. They don't have brushes or anything, just this wand goes over your car a few times and sprays it with water and cleaners.Overall, 3 out of 5 for the wash. However at the moment, on Mondays the premium wash is like $10.”
“I love stopping here for a shine up on my car but the ONLY thing I hate is them taping my back windshield wiper. It drives me crazy and I have to stop in the parking lot to pull it off before I leave. It's the ONLY BB I go to that does it and I hate it. Other than that, super nice people and nice car wash.”

“This is the best Elephant wash location in South Puget Sound. I've experimented with a few different locations as I have a truck that I prefer to run through a touch-less wash, and this one seems to have the soap to water ratio dialed in the best. Many others over- or under-soap leaving the car streaky. Check em out and make sure you download their app as you get a free wash after you purchase 10 or so. You can track in the app and everything.”

“I went to watch my car yesterday. And all it did was put lines of water through the dirt the side of the car. It didn't even wash.. It looks like I ran my 3 finger through the whole side of the car on. Both sides didn't even wash the back window. It's gone down hill. It used to be good I don't know what happened it's bad now. I will not go there anymore.”

“These guys washed two of our tour buses- both were covered in salt and road dirt after driving to Seattle from Minneapolis- and did an amazing job. No white streaks or dirt showed up an hour later like happens at other washes in such cases. Very nice employees as well. I will not hesitate to use them again if the need arises when in the area.”

“Definitely the best touchless car wash I’ve ever used. Got the most expensive package and didn’t expect it to do much. I had 2-3000 miles of road grime, snow grime, left over mud from mt Rainer and beach sand from the ocean. It got 99 percent off. The truck was so dirty I couldn’t take it anymore. It even cleaned my hitch skid plate. 10/10 recommend and will keep using this. They even had a employee there on a Sunday which I thought was cool.”
