“This place is alittle tricky to get in due to being on the corner next to an intersection but their RARELY busy so being able to get help right away is usually a guarantee. The workers there are usually knowledgeable and kind. the location is also convenient since it's next to fredmeyers, McDonald's, Starbucks etc..”

“I stopped in to upgrade several phones and devices. Akash was the young man that helped us and he made everything super easy and painless. It was probably the best experience I've had at a T-Mobile store and I've been a customer on and off for 8 years (I had a brief move to AT&T due to coverage a few years back... big mistake). Today we upgraded 3 phones and two Apple Watches. It's no surprise.. the devices aren't cheap. Fortunately, we took advantage of some promos and trade-in options. I don't blame the carriers for the cost of devices, I really blame the device manufacturers. Freaking Apple anything is so expensive and while I hate the price, I love the product, and I know what to expect. The entire T-Mobile team was on point this afternoon. Helpful, engaged, and most importantly, HONEST! At no point in time did I feel like they were trying to upsell me or hassle me. I would certainly come back again to work with Akash and the team.”

I must be feelin' some type of way today to be pondering this question .. hmmm. Anywho, I LOVE target... maybe a little too much since I've nearly maxed out my target red card, not sure when I'll be able to pay it off, as I get drive up orders here at least twice a week! I've yet to run into any long wait times or big problems with the drive up service like others have mentioned. Service has been pretty darn great as a matter of fact! “Every Metro that I go to I get a different experience. The South Hill Puyallup Metro is by far the best franchise of Metro I've been to. They're honest, fast, friendly and a great experience to work with. Before you buy from Metro I suggest you all different franchises. Get a price quote and you'll notice they're all different. Then call South Hill Metro last. And they'll beat every other quote by far. Try that if you want to say some money.”

I worked with Lex who was not only setting my new phone up, but also helping other customers and giving other employees assistance as well.
Matty was helping an older woman next to me, and he was so incredibly sweet with her. He set everything up for her - her Face ID, Siri, all of her settings! The customer had told me that she’d had bad service at a different location and was feeling discouraged. I think Matty really turned that around for her. He asked her small talk questions and kept her company as her phone updated, all while still helping other customers.
They got pretty busy but the small team was able to clear out a full store and assist waiting customers by working really well as a team.
This is definitely going to be my new go-to T-Mobile store!
Again, just want to say Lex and Matty gave great service! I was so impressed at the above and beyond help me and that other customer received.”

“My phone decided not to turn on and was in a bind until a new phone came, so I went into this location mid-day, and Mason was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He fixed my issue quickly, shared multiple options I had, and answered all my questions. He was so knowledgeable that I asked if he minded taking a look at my grandma's account while I was there because she has been confused by her bill and I called her, he was patient and explained everything. This is the definition of above and beyond.
