“It's a small place and lines can form outside the building during peak times. But, it's very convenient for folks that live in Magnolia. There are many times when it's an easy in and an out. Most important the staff are cheerful and always very helpful. Btw, they are also open on Saturdays!”

It seems like this post office is always overworked and understaffed; give them some patience, they're doing their best! “Have experienced some mix-ups with deliveries, but overall am very satisfied with this location. Recently had a delivery mix-up that was totally my fault! I filled in the online form and was quickly contacted via phone to discuss the status of my package. The staff on the phone was very sweet and explained everything I needed to do to prevent this misunderstanding from happening again. They also said that my package would be re-delivered the next day. Very kind staff working for an overworked postal system. :)”
“Our mail carrier always handles our mail with care. When we moved back to the area earlier in the year the post office staff were really helpful in getting our new mailbox keys to me (personally brought them to my home) because I was on a time crunch during a military move and they really saved the day.
