“I needed a shower bench after I had a relapse of my multiple sclerosis. A friend of mine came here to help find me a shower bench that I could transfer into the bath safely with. I’m so thankful that MSHH had a wonderful selection and an amazing staff. My friend mentioned that they were so friendly and helpful that she wants to volunteer there now. Thank you MSHH. ❤️”
“I come here for the veterans art program and plan to come back with the family. There is art and flowers and walking paths. It's peaceful and low-key. It's great for families to bring their kids to look at art and nature without feeling like their kids are "in the way". It's wonderful.”
“Never could of imagined these people/this family would make such a positive impact in my life and most of all my kiddos life!!! He loves it so much!!! Thank you multi cultural!!!! Every kid has a bong with each teacher and every teacher with each kid! They take time for every single kid for every situation! Every issue I have I know I can go to them for advice and I do all the time! Just an amazing staff! It’s not a staff it’s a family! A huge family I can’t imagine my kid going anywhere else. I moved out of the school district and I drive my kid all the way there just to be at this daycare!!!”

“My husband and I went to check out the Wed night dance class and social dance after. We had such a fun time! Everyone we talked to there was super friendly and helpful. There are many experienced dancers who were lovely to watch and who happily shared their expertise and tips with us newbies.The tacoma Manhattan Dance Club website has a calendar showing upcoming events, and we can't wait until we are able to go again! Unfortunately, I'm only in the area every couple of months, so will have to wait a bit for the next time. We're super happy that we went and very excited for our next opportunity to go. We will absolutely plan for this to be a regular thing when I'm here.It's really great for everyone, both new and experienced, as there are many friendly, talented dancers there to either learn from or enjoy dancing with. If you are looking for a great place for ballroom dancing, you definitely should give this a try!”

However the used items seem pretty worn out That is why we have donated here instead of another popular organization which also got donated items but selling with the price of new item /or unreasonable price. This will contribute a small part to the varieties of items to this store.. We are sure to think about donating some money as well.”

“The ARK has given new life to my son. He was unable to read or write as a 3rd grader and we were at a loss as to what to do. Our pediatrician recommended the ARK and he has had great success. My son is reading and writing now. He is making huge gains. The instructional specialist that works with him has been patient and kind yet has continued to challenge him. We have watched his confidence grow. This is truly a special place with amazing teachers!!!”

“I go to Carol Millard every year for a mammogram. The ladies at the registration desk this year went above and beyond. I had written down the wrong date so showed up a day early. They found an opening for me to save me from another trip the next day. The technologist was very young, but probably the best I’ve had so far. Wonderful place.”

He is so much happier now because the center provides a safe and supportive environment to meet up and make friends, to learn some adulting skills, to have fun outings, and to advise on needed services. They have meet-ups for the middle school kids and young adults several times a week, and they also do outdoor activities together. We are new to the area, and I am grateful to have find out this center. My son's general life outlook is so much more optimistic because he found this incredible support group. Mark and Chris were able to secure a large scale plumbing repair for us at a time when getting help from anyone was difficult due to covid-19 protocols and a myriad of other problems associated there with, an unexpected family illness left us cash strapped and due to disability we were unable to effect the repairs ourselves. It took an act of Congress and several months but 10,000 Blessing's on these wonderful caring people and all who volunteer, those of us who are past our prime are totally grateful.”

I begin work at the Goodwill warehouse this month. I am very excited for these new opportunities! “Please RAISE you're gas prices for your employees their cars need to eat to.Anyway KWA had saved me, there caregiver they got for me is the best. She is so helpful and she's honest, caring, and strong and has a memory that's very impressive, course I'm comparing that memory to mine which is in question all the time . LolMy only problem is, not with her but with KWA themselves, I don't understand why you aren't raising the GAS amount for your caregivers. Gas is over $5 in some places and you guys haven't raised that in a long time. Don't you think it's time to give what your employees need.”

This store is not big but has a ton of great stuff. I was shocked to see how organized This store is. I was able to find what I was looking for pretty quickly thanks to their organization. The the BEST part...Cindy helped me checked out at the register. She was wonderful. She made conversation and made me feel like I had known her all my life. I'm literally writing this review moments after going into this store. I could have stood there and talked to her all day! She was delightful. I would totally shop here again. GREAT JOB CINDY! “Stall #1 & it's part Morgan Steen was beautiful especially when it's nice tail was brushed by it's owner. Brush looked like the one I used to brush a tail form at a rehab center. And wearing it's nice horse blanket. Carrots were great & the crunch of that sound when that white Morgan crunched down on that big carrot. I should stop by there again & visit with it's owner. Ummmmm!”
