“This was one of the most professional UPS stores that I have been too. This is after visiting two other stores in the area.
One of the stores failed to open on time and the other one had a rude customer service rep.
Diego went out of his way to help me out, and it was much appreciated.”
“I had an outstanding experience at UPS. I had the pleasure of working with Sushan. She was kind and very patient with me. She made my experience a breeze, and I’m thankful!”

“Sending packages during the holiday is no joke! Lines a mile long ~ everyone is in a hurry. The folks working at the store moved with effeciancy, speed, and still took the time to speak professionally and personably. Best part, all of the presents were on time! Now, that's impressive! :)”
“I have always been treated courteously even if I did have to wait in line for a while. Its not the fault of the employees if people have unreasonabe requests or just problems that take a while to resolve.. Not everyones issues are simple. People should just have more patience. They should try to put themselves in the same place in their own job and ask themselves if theyve ever had a prob with a customer and had someone waiting and couldnt do anything about it but have them wait?”
