“I had a problem with the ATM machine capturing a check without the funds being applied to my account. On Saturday I was able to go in person to the branch. I was expecting a fight but instead I was met with care, understanding and empathy from Charity the branch manager. She assisted me in completing the process and made it possible to receive the small amount of money in my account. I'm still waiting to hear that the funds have been applied to my account but because of the experience I'm NOT WAITING IN A PANICKED A PANICKED STATE OF MIND.

I'm someone who gets very frustrated if I have to just call an 800 number and deal with the robots and people far away who don't know me...
I like being able to see the same people year after year, who know me and work with me and talk with me. They explain the products I'm interested in without over selling it. The website is easy to work with for my online banking. (Make transfers with just a few clicks.)
I've only had one issue with this bank over the years which was with the ATM machine (FYI it's managed by a different company in the branch does not have access if there's a problem.) Instead of staying all twisted up, I just changed my behavior and make deposits inside the bank now.
I hope this bank will remain a part of our Spanaway community as long as I'm here!

“Lacee Screws is so amazing. She is the most friendly person at this branch. To open an account the manager normally takes about 2 hours Lacee did it in 15 minutes. She needs a raise. If she can do with the manager cant. Thank you for being amazing!!!!”
