It is because some cars are programmed to keep the wheels on the same spot due to Sensor but the guy put it on the wrong side. Which made my sensor reading inaccurate.but overall it was a good experience and pretty straightforward.”

“I purchased brand new tire from Walmart and it has a slow leak. I have a lifetime warranty. I had been to Walmart now 4 times. 3 times they told me to make an appointment, so I called and tried to make an appt and they said they don’t take appts for these types of repairs. So I stopped by the 4th and final time and they told me they didn’t have any time to fix it, they were open for another 2 hours with no cars in the garage. I went to Les Schwab 20 minutes before they closed and they took me right in! It took them 10 minutes to diagnose! Turns out I had a nail in my tire and was panning in taking a road trip this weekend! Les Schwab didn’t bat an eye they were closing in 20 minutes, and repaired my tire at no charge. I will ALWAYS do my business with them from now on!”

“We came to Bucky's today for what we thought was just a spark plug issue. The problem was actually much worse. We expected for our car to be in the shop for at least a couple of days.. Thanks to Andrew and Richard our car was fixed and back on the road by the end of the day. Both of them even stayed late to make sure of it. “Got 2 rear tires lr was learned and in onboard computer rr was not learned..........3/12 On my way home from work yesterday I noticed rr i reading 80lbs. I know some vehicles have self learn capabilities but the nv 2500 is not one of them. Your guess is as good as mine why the onboard diagnostic took 3 days to register the learn. Either way both rear tires are running at 80 and we will take care of the rf tpms when I bring it in for new front tires. Thank you for your service.?”

“I have to say, my regard for Les Schwab has been declining over the years. I've only ever gone to the one down in the valley because it was by my job. Before that I went to the one a few blocks down before they opened that location. Had several services done over the years and always got top notch service. Seems like the last several years, that store has been in decline. Had several services there that resulted in broken parts and loose lug nuts over the years.Truck needed a tire rotation so the other day I decided to try the one on Canyon road near my house.Was not disappointed!Clinton was top notch! He just happened to be the one who checked me in. When I asked that they take extra care with my center caps due to the other Schwab breaking them on two different occasions, he wanted to go out and take a look. While he was looking at it, he asked who did my lift? I told him the Schwab in the valley when I bought the truck. He said this is all wrong and proceeded to tell me the things that were incorrect. I mentioned issues I'd had with my airbags as well. He had a look at those and stated a cradle was missing.As you can imagine, I was starting to become irritated and wondering why I had given Schwab another chance.Boy was I about to find out!!Before I could even say anything, he assured me that they were going to fix this and that he would see what he could do to credit any work that has already been done. I was skeptical but let him do his thing. He called me the next day and presented me with a couple different options. In the end, I spent a few extra bucks for a couple parts that were needed to make the truck sit right. He provided what I thought to be very fair credits.When I went to pick up the truck, he let know that one of his techs slipped with a wrench and had scratched up one of my struts. It was merely cosmetic but he said he already had another one on order and it would be here next week. Told me to stop in when I had time and they would swap it out.My truck rides better than ever!!!I should note, all of this work they did to make it rite with was done several years after the original lift and airbags had been done.They didn't have to do any of this!! Heck, if he hadn't said anything, I would have never known it wasn't done correctly!Needless to say, I will be back to see if this exceptional service continues!Thank you Clinton and the Canyon Road Les Schwab team!!”
“First time replacing tires on my truck since we bought it ( 3 years ) and I gotta say it was the most relaxed experience.. I didnt feel bombarded with prices and sales people trying to upsell. I called on a Saturday, they had my tires in monday morning, got me in and out within 30-45 min ( which I was thankful for since I had a baby with me ) lifetime balance/rotations on the tires.. it was an amazing experience. Half tempted to get new tires for the challenger also.”

“On the advice of my parents, I took my car in to this location to get a 2nd opinion on the alignment issues with my car. My parents told me to talk to Sean. So I went in & spoke with Sean & was very pleased with the service I got. Not only did he quickly take a look at my car & explained everything to my mechanically inclined boyfriend but he also offered to have the tires I needed shipped in from another store. This is something the other store I went to didn't offer to me. This is not the first time I've been to this location and I have to say I've always received quick and excellent service from them.
