“My wife and I have been taking our vehicles there for over 4 years and they've always fixed EVERYTHING we brought, sometimes Allen has called and told me the simplest thing that I could've fixed, but just couldn't figure it out. We recommended them to a friend and saved her OVER $500!! She went to the dealership and they were gonna ream her, went here and got the exact same work done and saved $$!! The ONLY draw back is there's just the 2 of them-Father Allen and Son Kyle, so if you need something donetoday, well it prob. won't get done! IF you don't mind waiting, it's worth it, then THIS is the shop to go to!! ONE of the reasons I started using themwas my head gaskets went out on my Pontiac Montana Van. EVERYONE else said-"you need a new engine." Hmm...I'm able to drive it, so I don'tthink so. They got me in and out in about 4 days and the quote they gaveus was more than what we paid, which was REALLY nice!”

“I’ve had my cars serviced here in the past six years. I’ve had nothing but a pleasant experience. Rafael and his staff are knowledgeable, courteous and you feel 100% involved. There is no one trying to sell you something you don’t need or exasperate a problem.This is my second review, and my second car I have taken here. I get my oil changes here along with services needed. I recently bought a BMW 550i xdrive. Six months later the engine went into limp mode. I did purchased an extended warranty. This happened to be across the street from a BMW service center, otherwise it would have went strait to Eurotech. Some friends had an extensive code reader and the code was for a cylinder misfire. They said you have a warranty, just take it across the street. I contacted Rafael and through email, he mentioned something about a coil. So the car went to BMW because these friends were certain it was a warranty issue- it wasn’t. $400+ for a diagnostic and they stated it was a spark plug. BMW wanted almost a grand to change one spark plug! So I bought eight new spark plugs, $130, a friend installed them and guess what?!! It was the coil! Once again Rafael nailed it, however the spark plugs were due for a change. Bmw wanted $3000 to replace the coils… um you have to take the coils out to replace the spark plugs- so why 3k when they cost $40 each and you have to remove and replace them anyways? Point being, I was quoted by Eurotech to have all eight spark plugs replaced for hundreds less than BMW. And then, there is a bad cv joint, I was quoted over 3k, and again, Rafael quoted SIGNIFICANTLY less. I actually don’t want to by a car that’s not European, just because I trust Eurotech. So thank you Eurotech and to the employees.Melissa”

“Our daughter just needed a simple break job on her car. She visited a major national chain auto repair/maintenance store, and was quoted $600 for the brakes on a Mitsubishi Mirage. As expected, they tried to get her to add on every possible thing and ran up the quote to $600. I suggested going to a small local business instead, and we found Cleon's. After all was said and done, she paid $409 at Cleon's. It's not classy, it's not flashy, it was just a good honest business that provided quality work and we really appreciated that. When we have any other mechanical issues, we will be giving him a call first.”

“Nice folks and worked with us on pricing but bring someone car savvy with you. We were able to point out a few things that they agreed to fix and did so before we picked it up. After we left and got gas, the truck needed some messing with the ignition to start, but it's an old truck (1999) so it's going to have a few things wrong, going to replace the starter and see if thst fixes it. Hoping this truck works out ok.”

“On the advice of my parents, I took my car in to this location to get a 2nd opinion on the alignment issues with my car. My parents told me to talk to Sean. So I went in & spoke with Sean & was very pleased with the service I got. Not only did he quickly take a look at my car & explained everything to my mechanically inclined boyfriend but he also offered to have the tires I needed shipped in from another store. This is something the other store I went to didn't offer to me. This is not the first time I've been to this location and I have to say I've always received quick and excellent service from them. “I just want to say Pedro was very upfront and to the point. I came in stressed and he was reassuring. I needed a rim and tire but he only had a tire and so he went out of his way to go and find the rim I needed. Once he went to change the tire, he realized I had a bigger issue. Tire rods were bent. He helped me towe it off his property and allowed me to call in my own mechanic to take a second look so that I was sure to be made comfortable and being done fair. He even spent another hr looking for a rim that would match my other rims since I didn't want to just buy brand new. His patience and generosity was greatly appreciated. I was surprised to see the negative reviews after having such a great experience.”

“My recent experience was horrible BUT the associate was Amazing Dave in the Auto Department, Showed patience, kindness, empathy, Great Customer Service and went above and beyond to help me. So I bought a tire online over 1week ago says 3day shipping.. I call 3days in row prior to going up there bc I wanna if a tire will fit my Mini or not, they have the tire Mike puts the tire aside Great!! Well when I get there Mike is gone and He was giving me the tire for $50 instead of $85 This needs to be verified so Dave does that, then we both realize It’s the wrong tire I did the search on the website and this was the size I was given (my mistake) bt checked in house and the tire I ordered looks like it was there bt no name or order number was associated with, and all the mangers left and he wasn’t trained in how to do this & I didn’t have an appointment and he was going to change the tire out (if we had the right 1)I appreciate that man a lot even tho he was unable to help, I sincerely felt like I mattered enough for time and effort it goes a loooooong way in our society! Thank you Dave”
