“I went out to Spalding's with my 6 year old daughter to get what I thought was a "easy to find" part. Turns out I was wrong. The yard guy, Kyle Bouvier, searched row after row of trucks to no avail. I told him multiple times that we could throw in the towel and he told me "There's one here and YOU are going home with it". The last truck on his lengthy list was the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Kyle is a VERY hard working young man and his customer service is second to none. I have had a few rough encounters with snotty yard guys, but Kyle is a keeper. He was also very nice to my daughter and she said he's her "favorite truck dude".
