Ted A. at the Sprague and Bowdish location was incredibly helpful! I came in late at night needing a battery replacement, and he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of when it really mattered. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. Really appreciate the great service!

Gail is the best! She helped me with my gas cap. She went above her duty and brought the new gas cap out to the parking lot and installed it for me. I have a Crush on Gail right now! Thank you Gail!!!

James and Levi helped me out a ton with replacing my new windshield wipers. Should have been an easy task, but they ended up having to bend part of the wiper arm while in the pouring rain to get it to work. Thank you guys!
