“The car was very nice and clean. The customer service personnel were friendly. One problem. I've rented several cars from Enterprise. Usually through my car insurance for some kind of repair. I've always parked my car in or around the inside parking lot. I was told to park my car in the lot outside the fence, in a lot that looked abandoned and very unsafe. I'm a 73 year old woman and I watched as another woman rented a car after me and parked her car in the Enterprise parking lot. The same two cars were there when I picked up my car as were at 730 am that morning. The cars parked in the inside lot were customers cars. I was very disappointed because I felt discriminated against and was concerned about my car being broke into. Especially picking it up at 1 am in the morning. So I would suggest that Enterprise not use that abandoned run down parking lot as it definitely is not safe.”

But this experience with Spokane Thrifty was way above and beyond and will rent there again any time I'm in town. Unlike other car rental options, they don't sell you a car and then tell you they don't have it. They'll actually go out of their way to try and find you what they can while also getting you in and out as quickly as possible. All around great experience.”
