I needed a car for a few days when mine wasn't working. I was able to reserve a car the same day and picked it up with no hassle. They didn't try to sell me anything additional, no hidden fees, etc. I will definitely rent here again.

Bait n switch is their business practice. They treat employees like they are disposable...turns out Joel ran it into the ground worse than Bernie snd thats near impossible. Owners are psychotic or bipolar maybe both. 0 stars

My car went on the fritz so the dealer set me up with a rental car through thrifty, I believe the fellow that helped me was Alex very friendly and very helpful
