“David and Kyle were the first to show up and they were very courteous and professional as the assessed the situation and started moving things out to the truck. Later in the day Caiden and Cara showed up to make sure things stayed on schedule - I guess we had more than we originally thought, and much of it had to meander through the tight hallways and doorways of our old house, so it took longer than originally expected. We only had a short move, but they did a good job of hustling things out of the house and into the truck, and also moving things quickly into the new house when they arrived. David and Kyle were troopers as we tried to maneuver our big couch up some stairs and into the bonus room, but no matter how many times we yelled "pivot" it was just too long to fit past the landing at the bottom of the stairs. Overall I'm really happy with the service we received and all of our possessions arrived safely minus a couple of minor scratches here and there. Nothing fragile or valuable was damaged, and they made sure to take extra care with my extremely delicate new OLED TV that was my biggest concern, so I'm calling that a win in the end.”
