I had an excellent service appointment at Quantum Mechanics today.
I scheduled a 90k mile service with several concerns - They found spark plugs, serpentine belt, oil leak issues and general maintenance that I was unaware of.
Dave and Robert were absolutely Perfect ---Professional, Knowledgeable, Kind, Caring and Genuinely and Sincerely Honest and Helpful ! ! !
I was given a more than fair Estimate and Happy to Pay My Bill.
I left Quantum Mechanics this afternoon with a Feeling of Security and Peace of Mind ! ! !

“I usually change my own oil at home during the warmer months, but when I don't want to be outside in the cold getting covered in oil, I'll only ever come here. I've gone to other "quick oil change" places, and they end up having me waiting up to an hour just to get my car in line. However, whenever I come here, I know I'll be seen in a reasonable time depending on how busy it is. Pricing is about the same at most other oil change places, but I'd rather have the stress free approach than having to wait in a long line and constantly having staff ask me to buy extra services no one needs.
Staff is always nice, honest, and efficient. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else! This is the place to go! The two free car wash coupons are always a great plus as well.”
