“I went in for an oil change and also needed help finding my oil cap that I forgot to put back on. Yhey were so nice about it and found it somewhere beneath my car. It was very fast & a pleasant experience, I would recommend jiffy lube on sprague and McDonald!”
“Tuesday before thanksgiving one of our service trucks broke down 60 miles west on I-90. Not knowing any repair shops in Spokane I had to roll the dice. WOW did I get lucky! Nef’s recommended a tow truck, who texted me three hours later they dropped off the truck, then I got a call the next day our truck was ready! Just a water pump. I explained we can’t get to town till Monday they said not to worry, they will park the truck inside.
Job came in under budget, towing company (wish I could remember who they are) were fantastic, and Nefs treated us like a long time customer.”

“Service was great. Had windshield wipers replaced,the rear wiper proved a challenge but patience pertained and it finally done. Did notice a large oil smear on the back window after leaving. We just laughed knowing how frustrating that wiper had been.”

“every time I go to this location they are not the friendliest but as a black woman i do experience this a lot. i prefer the valvoline nearby as they are super efficient and friendly. today however I had my sisters boyfriend do an oil change on my car and he grossly overfilled it and JP helped me drain some out, didn't charge me, and educated me some on my vehicle and another vehicle of mine. seriously appreciate this man's patience and honesty with me. always ask for JP! ?”

“I love this place. I know little about cars and I have much anxiety about getting work done. I especially hate the feeling that I'm being told I need to have something done that I really don't, or could even put off for a little while, simply because I don't know better. I have been guilty of pushing oil charges way too long simply because I didn't want to deal with all of the upselling and the pressure.
If you're at all like me, you know exactly what I'm talking about. So trust me that this is the place to go. Need an oil change? They will give you an oil change. And also not tell you that if you don't replace some fluid for a part you know nothing about, that your car will basically break down any minute. Need tires? They will give you tires based on the driving you tell them that you do. Engine light come on? They will tell you why and let you know if it's something you should do immediately because you're risking your life, or it's something you could wait another month to do.
I've never been talked down to, I've never had to wait in a smelly waiting room for 4 hours when I was told it would only be 20 minutes, the prices are fair and often times less than I've paid anywhere else, and I always recommend to friends. Especially the ones who tell me about the same auto apprehensions I have. They've definitely made a customer for life of me! Ask for Garick, he's the best. Altho they are all great.”

“Went in with my f350 for ongoing oil changes. Being a diesel, it takes 3 times the amount of oil as a typical car so I know the cost quite a bit more but the service is quick and efficient.”

“I have never had better customer service at an auto body shop than this place! The oil change I recieved went above and beyond. They additionally checked my fluids, cleaned my windows, and offered to vacuum the car all at no additional cost. To top it off the owner was super sweet and incredibly friendly. They deserve every ounce of buiness they get! Would give 10 stars if possible.”
“I took my 2004 Prius in, thinking it was time for a tune up, plus an oil change and tire rotation. I was quoted $414 plus tax for everything, which was exactly what I paid for the same services a year ago. When I called to see if my car was ready, I was told that my car did not actually need the tune-up. My bill ended up being just $142.00. This is the second time I've had my car in here and they have been honest and done quality work. I'll never take my car anywhere else!!”

“I would recommend buying a bmw here. They have a good selection and inventory wouldn't recommend buying one that has been severely t boned like this one of mine. Anthony the guy that fixed this one did a good job. The key fob has issues. Sometimes it doesn't like to start then you have to wait and stick it on the right side of the steering column it can be frustrating. Great experience.”
